\nLocation: Memphis, TN

\nResponsibilities:\n\n\t- Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project.\n\t
- Identify change orders and ensuring effective resolution.\n\t
- Price, track and manage change orders.\n\t
- Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.\n\t
- Maintain as-builts as work is completed. Document project issues/conditions.\n\t
- Plan and execute project completion and punch list.\n\t
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize organize, and accomplish your work.\n\t
- Read and interpret blue prints and project specifications.\n\t
- Research and compile submittals; pricing change orders and prepare estimates for partially designed projects by finishing the design and preparing a complete project estimate.\n\t
- Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.\n\t
- Communicate with people outside the Company, representing the Company to customers, the public, the government, and general contractor representatives.\n\t
- Clearly understand the timeliness required for decision making, submission of RFIs, and documentation of all verbal conversations or agreements.\n\t
- This position supports multiple CONUS projects that may require travel.\n
\nEducation:\n\n\n\t- BS (Preferred EE or Industry related degree) with 5+ years of progressive experience.\n
\nExperience:\n\n\n\t- Related Construction experience with five years' working for an electrical or construction contractor.\n\t
- Experience working on construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M.\n\t
- Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.\n\t
- Experience with CPM Scheduling\n\t
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects.\n\t
- Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver.\n\t
- Proven ability to effectively plan and organize one's own activities or the activities of others.\n\t
- Proficiency with Computers including MS Office, Blue Beam, and PDF.\n
\nPreferred Skill set:\n\n\n\t- Accubid Estimating (Or equivalent) directly related to Electrical Installations.\n\t
- Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling Experience and proficiency (or equivalent).\n\t
- Ability and Willingness to Travel to project locations as needed.\n
